What to expect from our products
Our preferred BC is italian meringue buttercream. This is made from egg whites, hot sugar syrup, and butter. The end result is a lighter, less sweet, and more stable BC.
We do accomodate the sweettooths with the american style buttercream upon request. And some of our cakes will come with cream cheese frosting automatically (ie. Carrot, red velvet and oreo)
As a whole, we try to make every component by hand and from scratch.
So from cake to filling to frosting you can expect the usage of: real cream, real butter, red superior cocoa, callebaut chocolate, real fruit, philadelphia cream cheese, and NO added preservatives
Most of our flavours are filled with mousse, ganache, fruit compote, or cream cheese buttercream.
Our cakes are vegetable oil based, so they remain moist for days in the fridge.
